Its been a while!
Its like keeping up with a bible study every week sometimes you have to force yourself to just do it or remember to do it anyway. I wanted to get back into blogging because I have been seeing and reading other blogs that are intresting and inspiring to me and I have already created one so I might as well use it. In Feburary me and my husband bought a membership at a gym and saw a nutritionist who gave us a meal plan. I just visited a blogger who over the course of 5 months lost a significant amount of weight. She was only about 30 lbs less then I am and it makes me want to see the same change in and on myself as she saw, I want to be able to share my ups and downs with those who read this so I can be held accountable, I would love love love to see a change in my body for I have stressed so much it has consumed my mind how I look. It cant be that hard, not as hard as my thoughts have made losing weight out to be. 1200 calories and running are going to be my activities that I will follow and my goal wight will be 140. That average weight for someone my size and age. So here goes as they always say "I will start tomorrow"!
